Ryde Review
Ryde is an excellent app. When it comes to ride-hailing apps, I usually pick the one with the lowest fares.
The service is nearly identical across all apps, so there’s no real reason to pay more, especially since a lower fare doesn’t necessarily mean drivers earn less. In fact, it often means the app takes a smaller commission.
However, Ryde has two drawbacks:
- The app is less user-friendly than others, and the search engine for finding an address by typing a restaurant or hotel isn’t always very efficient.
- Payment is cash-only, whereas it’s often convenient to pay by credit card.
