SIM Card Free Mobile in Iceland: 3G or 4G? Internet speed ?

On a road trip in Iceland, I use my Free Mobile SIM card.

The roaming passes by the operator Nova.

I am pleasantly surprised by the network coverage. The population density is very low in Iceland that I expected to be often without network. That indeed happens when we are in the middle of nowhere but on short periods.

From a speed viewpoint, we are on 4G+ with a very good download speed and a very correct upload speed (see screenshot).
