Free Mobile SIM card in Germany: 3G or 4G? Internet speed ?

On a stopover in Germany before going to Iceland, I take the opportunity to test the connection with Free Mobile.

I am connected with the operator Vodafone DE. At one point I was also connected via the operator O2

I read that Free Mobile had activated 4G in Germany, but I only got H+ (between 3G and 4G).

The connection is good without being exceptional: 12 mo / s for download and 4 mo / s for upload.
